Hi, my name is Alison aka The Darkness, Lips or just Big Al.
I have been working at Woody's for almost 14 years and have been body piercing for 10 of them.
It's a bit of a crazy environment to work in ( I might make it slightly crazier) but there is NEVER a dull moment. The opportunity to meet a wide variety of people, from all walks of life, can make for some interesting and sometimes comical situations!
Some may describe me as being a little brash, although I would say assertive. I'm definitely way too loud, scatty brained and rather inquisitive (Woody would say nosey)! I like to think that I am a reasonably caring person but not a sugar coater!
I really do love my job (not getting out of bed though) and all of the idiosyncrasies of the Woody's team. Our customers range from young people having their ears pierced for the first time, to seasoned piercing enthusiasts of mature years. All have one thing in common; they want a professional and friendly service which we strive to provide.
